horrible service, barttender rude, no other staff in sight to ask for assistance, no manager

There was one bartender for a half crowded bar. He cheated me out of money. I asked for change for a 20, so I could tip him. He gave me change for 10. Poor Service...WTF!

Well I figured i would check this place out since it was around the corner from where i live. I've been to "dive bars" better then this place. Drinks were well over priced, bartender didn't even acknowledge the $1 off happy hour and said it was "Mistake" in citysearch. Poorly made drinks... Food ... ohjameso, a user of citysearch.com.
