best late
If you don't mind alittle dirt on the floor or having to push though 100 people to get around, Jay's is the best cheap bar in the area. Great Wings, bar tenders are on the ball. Fun place to hang
As a temporary transplant from South Florida I nneded a good hang out other than the typical chain bar or Hotel Bar. I had to stop in when I saw Jays Elbow Room.
