Clearly breast cancer is no laughing matter, but you can have a giggle while helping to raise money for a good cause at the Guinness Laughter Lounge’s upcoming Breast cancer charity comedy night.
Kicking off the Barcelona Guinness Laughter lounge’s comedy season, the group has put together a very special show in aid of Breast cancer awareness featuring Irish comedian Colum McDonnell. Colum is described as ‘a five foot nothing comedian that lacks in stature but gains in laughter’. He has been headlining in major comedy clubs throughout Ireland and the UK, and in 2009 he was invited to perform for Paramount ‘Worlds best comedians’.
It’s hard to watch comedy in a language that is not your own. If you’re a native English speaker, then this is a good chance to have a laugh in your mother tongue in a Catalan-speaking metropolis while supporting a good cause! If you can’t make this show, check out the Guinness Laughter lounge’s lineup, as they have shows throughout the year in Barcelona.
