Dogfish Head Brewery is based out of Milton, Delaware and it opened in 1995. Since then it has been rapidly growing and was featured heavily in the documentary "Beer Wars." Tours are fun and free and offer you a chance to get a inside look at the brewhouse, the cellars and the packaging hall.
