i've been living in the hell's kitchen area since barrage was "the new bar" with no sign. recently they decided to revamp the place to draw in a new younger crowd. apparently the way to do this was to remove the entire staff, who incidentally were the best reason to go there, and replace them wit... more on CitySearch
I love this bar. It doesn't matter when I show up, I have a great time, the bartenders are always cool and attentive (maybe that's because I go out of my way to tip them well? We visited twice in a week and the second time, they remembered my name. Wow!! The first visit was at the weekend and it was very quiet, the second time was on Tues when they hold a weekly drag show with "Ginger".
