Sunset Cruise - not impressed

I took my mom & grandmother on the Sunset Cruise around Boston Harbor on July 8th. It was easy to order the tickets online and we were able to just walk right up and hand over the printout from our computer to board. The ticket says to arrive no less than 30 minutes before departure and departure was scheduled for 7pm. We arrived around 6:35 and stood in line for about 15 minutes before the boat even showed up. We were able to board quickly b/c there was no one on the boat that needed to get off, however, the 7pm departure turned into 7:15. I was disappointed at the wait and delay.
