Edible Food and Great Restaurant Atmosphere, but the service does not for a great experience make!

My hubby brought me here as a surprise this last week for my birthday. The live band was loud, fantastic jazz music. Things were looking GREAT! Don't go for the food

Tonight we went for a first night out in a long time. Romantic dinner type of thing. Service was good. Usually, when going to a place for the first time, we go early and try out several appetizers and try their wine, I guess we kind of judge a place on that.
